My objective and goal as an independent consultant, is to provide trainings, key lectures, classes and consultations which emphasize many of today’s employer concerns pertaining to incidents that may, or may not innocently occur, which results in a major liability issue for the employer. People do not like to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what a consultant/instructor does. There are an aray of consultants and instructors stating specialization in a particular discipline(s).  In developing my practice, I have taken the liberty to attend numerous and varied trainings in topics including law enforcement and social services issues to learn the areas that are often not covered in employer liability.  I have developed, what I believe, are four trainings that will meet the requirements of today's professional challenges and will be specific and direct to the training topics. My website was designed, solely by myself, to explain the basics of services with separate pages explaining each topic.  Within my nearly thirty years of professional service experiences, I have developed what I believe, is a very unique and important series of trainings.
